This specimen was lot 1577 in Jean Elsen sale 150 (Brussels, March 2022), where it sold for €60 (about US$80 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, NAPLES, Charles II (1665-1700), AR grano, 1679L. D/ B. cuir. à d. R/ Ecu couronné. Très Beau. (Italy, kingdom of Naples, Charles II, 1665-1700, silver grano of 1679. Obverse: armored bust right; reverse: crowned arms. Very Fine.)"
The SCWC notes that 120 grani = 12 carlini = six tari = one piastra, where a piastra is roughly equal to a peso. This type was struck 1677-83, all with two digit dates.

Specification: 9 g, copper, 30 mm diameter; this specimen 8,88 g.
