This specimen was lot 13 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €950 (about US$1,281 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"MÜNSTER, BISTUM, Johann IV. von Hoya, 1566-1574. Taler 1569, Münster. Von großer Seltenheit. Henkelspur, sehr schön. (bishopric of Münster, John IV of Hoya, 1566-74, thaler of 1569, Munster mint. Of the greatest rarity, mount mark, very fine.)"
