This specimen was lot 2186 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $180. The catalog description[1] noted, "MUGHAL: Jahangir, 1605-1628, AR rupee, Tatta, year 19, wonderful strike, NGC graded AU58, R." The Tatta mint struck this stype of rupee for years 3 thru 22, most bearing only the regnal date, as here. Nineteen other mints hared in the issue.
