This specimen was lot 3229 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "MONTENEGRO: Nicholas I, 1860-1918, 20 para, 1914, a wonderful example, PCGS graded MS64." This type was struck 1913-14. Montenegro was absorbed into Yugoslavia in 1918.
Recorded mintage: 800,000 at Vienna.
Specifications: 4 g, nickel, 21 mm diameter, reeded edge.
