This specimen was lot 3599 in Goldberg sale 104 (Los Angeles, June 2018), where it sold for $264. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Mongolia. 250 Tugrik, 1984. Decade for Women. PCGS graded Proof 68 Deep Cameo." This NCLT was issued by Mongolia to honor the United Nations Decade for Women. It was accompanied by a 25 tugrik in silver (KM 47).
