This specimen was lot 1084 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it sold for $114. The catalog description[1] noted, "MONACO: Louis II, 1922-1949, 1 franc, 1926, PCGS graded MS66." This type was struck at the Poissy mint for the principality of Monaco during the reign of Louis II (r. 1922-49). The module matches that of a French franc of the 1920-27 period. It is a one-year type and not common.
