Milan c1670 quattrino rev DSLR.jpg

This quattrino was struck in the duchy of Milan sometime during the reign of Charles II of Spain (1665-1700). Altho it bears no date, we assume it was struck after 1676 as we have a silver filippo of that date (Dav-4005) bearing the same bust. An earlier filippo (Dav-4004) shows the boy king with his mother as regent.

Reported Mintage: unknown.

Specification: copper, 1.15-2.36 g.

Catalog reference: KM 68.
