This specimen was lot 666 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $763.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Lubeck. Taler, 1568. NGC AU-58. Pearlescent toning. Very nice details. From the Rockaway Collection." Davenport notes this for 1568, 1573 and 1576-79.
Recorded mintage: unknown but rare.
