This specimen was lot 3163 in Sincona sale 33 (Zürich, October 2016), where it sold for 13,000 CHF (about US$15,432 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

" Lobkowitz, Fürstentum, Ferdinand August Leopold, 1677-1715 Dukat o. J. Sehr selten. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, principality of Lobkowitz, Ferdinand August Leopold, 1677-1715, undated ducat. Very rare, Very fine-extremely fine.)"

The ancestral seat is in Bohemia, where the SCWC catalogs this type, but the prince spent his life in Vienna, His descendant was a patron, among others, of Beethoven.

Recorded mintage: unknown but rare.

Specification: 3.5 g, 0.986 fine gold, this specimen 3.45 g.
