This specimen was lot 1264 in Goldberg Sale 139 (Los Angeles, June 2024), where it sold for $552. The catalog description[1] noted, "Laos. 30,000 Kip, 1999. Similar to KM-72 in silver. Gold weight ¼ ounce, 999.9 Fine stamped. Year of the Rabbit. National arms. Reverse: Rabbit looking back. Pop 1; The Finest graded at NGC. Only Example graded at NGC. Proof 69 Ultra Cameo. Ex Goldberg Sale 44, Feb 10, 2008, lot 4084. The Peh Collection Part II." This design is mentioned in Friedberg but not in the SCWC. A silver 3000 kip (KM 72) also used this design.
