This specimen was lot 760 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "LAOS: People's Democratic Republic, AV 2000 kip, 1998, 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, PCGS graded PF68 Deep Cameo, ex Howard A. Daniel III Collection." This is one of a series of NCLT's made and sold to collectors. We don't know if any made it to Laos.

Recorded mintage: 3,000.

Specification: 3.11 g, 0.585 fine gold, 18.5 mm diameter.
