This specimen was lot 53229 in Stack's Bowers Hong Kong auction (Hong Kong, April 2021), where it sold for $1,560. The catalog description[1] noted, "CHINA. Kiangnan. 10 Cash, CD (1904). NGC MS-65 Brown. Variety with 7 tassels on dragon tail. An elegant Gem, this red-brown specimen radiates with luster and brilliance throughout." This type was struck 1902-05 in many varieties.
