This specimen was lot 2795 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $309.40. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAIPUR: AR ¼ rupee, Sawai jaipur, year 18, in the name of Shah Alam II, whirling flower symbol, nice strike, peripheral iridescent toning, AU, RR." Madho Singh ruled AH 1174-1192/1760-1778 AD. Altho paisa and rupees were minted in large quantities, the quarter rupee was a little used denomination. This type was also issued in year 14.
