This specimen was lot 10506 in Ponterio sale 169 (Baltimore, November 2012), where it sold for $282. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY. Kingdom of Napoleon. 5 Lire, 1809-M. EXTREMELY FINE." This coin was struck in Milan for Napoleon's kingdom of Italy which lasted 1804-1814. The five lire piece matched the French five francs and was struck in some numbers 1807-14 at Milan (shown here), Venice and Bologna.
