This specimen was lot 34310 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $456. The catalog description[1] noted, "Isle of Man: British Dependency. George III bronzed-copper Proof 1/2 Penny 1798 PR65 PCGS. A singular rendition of this aged mahogany Proof, adding an intensive pastel blue and champagne in the centers." This is a Soho mint restrike; circulated specimens exist but are probably outnumbered by restrikes, which were also made in gilt copper.
