This specimen was lot 1185 in Ponterio sale 182 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $2,115. The catalog description[1] noted, "HUNGARY. Ducat, 1784. NGC MS-64. Joseph II (1780-90)." This type was struck 1781-85 and is counted as common. A similar double ducat (Fr-195) is noted.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 3.50 g, 0.986 fine gold, .110 troy oz AGW.
