This is a two centavos of a type struck in Honduras 1910-13. Many two centavos were struck from used ten centavo dies with the denomination crudely recut. This one appears to have been struck from a one centavo die with a "2" punched over the "UN" and an "S" added to "CENTAVO". The denomination was retired in 1920.
Recorded mintage: 258,000.
Specification: bronze, 20 mm diameter.
