This specimen was lot 74824 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2024), where it sold for $125. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Trade Tokens. Hampshire. Isle of Wight. Newport. Wilkins's Copper 1/2 Penny Token, 1792. NGC MS-63 Brown. Edge: PAYABLE AT HIS OFFICE NEWPORT. A glossy brown example, with some scattered darker hues in a few spots."
