This specimen was lot 45037 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Costa Mesa, CA, August 2021), where it sold for $115. The catalog description[1] noted, "HAITI. 5 Centimes, 1863-HEATON. Heaton Mint. NGC SPECIMEN-64 Red Brown. A sharply struck coin with flashy luster and radiant mint state surfaces." This coin was struck at Heaton along with a bronze ten and twenty centimes. It is very common in low grade.
