This specimen was lot 1343 in Jean Elsen sale 154 (Brussels, March 2023), where it sold for €70 (about US$91 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"HAINAUT, Comté, Guillaume II (1337-1345), billon tiers de gros au lion, 1342-1343. Imitation du tiers de gros de Louis de Nevers. D/ (aigle) MONETA VALENCEN' Lion rampant à g. en plein champ. R/ HAI-ONI-E CO-MES Croix pattée coupant la légende, cantonnée de quatre feuilles de houx. Très Beau. (county of Hainaut, William II, 1337-45, billon one-third groat of the lion, c. 1342-43, imitation of the third groat of Louis of Nevers. Obverse: lion rampant left in plain field; reverse: cross pattée cutting the legends, cantonned with four holly leaves. Very Fine.)"
