Guatemala 1881 10 centavos

The Guatemalan government made several attempts to issue modern decimal currency starting in 1871. In 1881, this ten centavos was introduced along with a one (KM 202.1), five (KM 203) and twenty-five centavos (KM 205.1). Only the twenty-five centavos was accepted as it circulated alongside the existing silver two reales (KM 154a). Not until 1912 would currency reform be completed.
