This specimen was lot 73458 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $1,464. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Silver 5 Pounds (2 oz), 2021. Llantrisant Mint. Queen's Beasts, Completer Coin. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. First Day of Issue." As the name might suggest, this NCLT completed the series of commemoratives honoring the Queen's beasts, struck in silver and gold in multiple formats. This one has not garnered a KM number, so we have used the Spink number for cataloguing.
