This specimen was lot 32492 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2024), where it sold for $3,600. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Platinum 5 Pounds Piefort, 2016. Llantrisant Mint. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-70 Ultra Cameo. Commemorating the 90th birthday of the queen. One of the first 10 struck, this flawless example abounds with intense eye appeal."
