This specimen was lot 1296 in Stephen Album sale 43 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2022), where it sold for $510. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN: Charles II, 1660-1685, AR crown, 1668, well struck with light toning, F-VF." This type is listed in the SCWC for 1667-71 and is fairly inexpensive in grades up to Fine but the price ascends rapidly with grade. A 1668/7 overdate is reported.
