This specimen was lot 75463 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $528. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Penny, ND (1623-24). London Mint; mm: Lis/Two Pellets. James I. PCGS MS-62. From the Richard August Collection." The English penny was silver until the reign of George III.

Specification: 0.50 g, 0.925 fine silver, 16 mm diameter.
