Steve Album sale 38, lot 1725

This specimen was lot 1725 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "GENOA: Republic, AR mezzo cavallotto, ND (1528-41), well struck, a few small verdigris spots, nicely toned, VF to EF." We will post this in accordance with the auctioneer's description altho the scanty documentation we can find suggests that this is a full cavalloto, not a half, as the half weighed about 1.50-1.55 g.
