This type was issued from the Paris mint 1898-1919 and superseded a similar design of 0.900 fineness (KM 2) issued 1885-97. Billon coins with this design were minted 1920-31. The date is not rare tho better than the common dates, 1902 and 1913.
Recorded mintage: 3,600,000.
Specification: 2.7 g, 0.835 fine silver, .072 troy oz ASW, reeded edge.
