This specimen was lot 30 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €2,400 (about US$3,100 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Erfurt, STADT Unter Schweden. Gustav II. Adolf, 1631-1632. Dukat 1634. Posthume Prägung. GOLD. Vorzüglich. (Germany, city of Erfurt, Swedish occupation, ducat of 1634, posthumous issue. extremely fine.)"
Other ducats, including Fr-919, were issued in 1634 to mark the death of Gustavus Adolphus.
