This specimen was struck in Berlin for the communist regime of East Germany 1973-90. It was made in moderate numbers but collector demand for it is scanty, so the price is low.

Recorded mintage: 21,000 + 2,345 proofs, a scarce date.

Specification: 2.4 g, aluminum, 25 mm diameter.
