The catalog description^[1] noted, "DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: 10 centavos, 1987, PCGS graded Specimen 66, ex King's Norton Mint Collection." The specimen shown is from a type struck in Mexico City for the Dominican Republic 1983-87. It is part of a series celebrating human rights including the five and twenty-five centavos and half and one peso.
