This half décimo, an early effort at a decimal coinage, was accompanied by a silver one décimo of similar design (KM 125). It was issued 1859-62. Labeled "Confederacion Granadina," it superseded a similar coin stamped "Nueva Granada" (see KM 114).

Recorded mintage: unknown but common in low grade.

Specification: 1.25 g, 0.900 fine silver, .036 troy oz ASW.
