This specimen was part of lot 51412 in Stack's Bowers Hong Kong auction (Hong Kong, April 2021), where it sold for $1,320. The catalog description[1] noted,

"CHINA. Scalloped Gold and Silver Proof Set (2 Pieces), 2014. Lunar Series, Year of the Horse. GEM PROOF. 1) Gold 200 Yuan (1/2 Ounce). Scalloped shape coin. 2) Silver 10 Yuan. Scalloped shape coin. KM-unlisted. Includes the case of issue and certificate of authenticity #186."

Altho these NCLT's are now seven years old, the SCWC has not got around to adding them to the listings.

Recorded mintage: 8,000.

Specification: 15.55 g, 0.999 fine gold, 27 mm diameter scalloped, .500 troy oz AGW.
