This specimen was lot 2260 in Goldberg sale 109 (Los Angeles, January 2019), where it sold for $930. The catalog description[1] noted, "Canada. Platinum 300 Dollars, 1993. Wildlife series. Arctic Foxes. NGC graded Proof 69 Ultra Cameo." The profits extracted from the manufacture and sale of NCLT's caused the Royal Canadian Mint to scramble for ever more arcane topics, including this one honoring Arctic wildlife.
