This specimen was lot 30189 in Heritage sale 3035 (Long Beach, September 2014), where it sold for $1,175. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V 5 Cents 1933 MS64 PCGS. A strong mint-state example of this better date with silvery-gray patination and original mint bloom." This type, struck 1922-36, is common in grades up thru About Uncirculated, tho the years 1925-26 are scarce.

Recorded mintage: 2,597,867.

Specification: 4.6 g, nickel, 21.2 mm diameter, plain edge.
