This specimen was lot 23465 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $1,645. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V 25 Cents 1932, MS65 PCGS Belzberg, fully white mint brilliance with one tiny toning spot on the reverse. Scarce date in mint state. From The Nikita Collection." The type was struck in sterling silver 1912-19 and in 0.800 fine silver 1920-36. The depression which set in after World War One caused mintages to drop. This date is readily available up thru Extremely Fine but scarce in choice condition.
