This specimen was lot 23457 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $1,762.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V 25 Cents 1919, MS66 PCGS, multi-hued patina including some purple-blue, somewhat mottled on the reverse. From The Nikita Collection." The type was struck in sterling silver 1912-19 and in 0.800 fine silver 1920-36. This date is readily available in all grades.
Recorded mintage: 5,852,262 (highest mintage date before 1940).
Specification: 5.83 g, 0.925 fine silver, .173 troy oz ASW, reeded edge.
