This specimen was lot 3118 in Sincona sale 3 (Zürich, October 2011), where it sold for 475 CHF (about US$632 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "TIBERIUS II CONSTANTINUS, 578-582 Mint of Constantinople Solidus 578/582. Officina I. Obv. dm TIb CONS - TANT PP AVG Crowned and cuirassed bust facing.
