This specimen was lot 1022 in Goldberg sale 116 (Los Angeles, June 2020), where it sold for $372. The catalog description^[1] noted, "British Virgin Islands. 100 Dollars, 2002. Teddy Bear Centennial. In original case, with certificate. Choice Brilliant Proof." Many other $100 NCLT's exist for 2002.
