This specimen was lot 74257 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $105. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS. 50 Dollars, 1988. Elizabeth II. PCGS PROOF-68 Deep Cameo. Featuring a Mixtec Mask." This is another Non-Circulating Legal Tender coin issued and marketed by the Franklin mint on behalf of the British Virgin Islands before it withdrew from coinage operations in 1985.
