This specimen was lot 2654 in Stephen Album sale 45 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2023), where it sold for $120. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRESLAU: Friedrich, 1671-1682, AR 15 kreuzer, 1680, faint obverse scratches, wonderful full strike, lightly toned, two-year (three-variety) type, EF to About Unc, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This type was struck by the bishop 1679-80. The bishopric of Breslau was an ecclesiastical state in Silesia and usually ruled by a Hapsburg client from 1526 until its conquest by Frederick the Great in 1741. Breslau issued a long series of ducats and multiple ducats, all rare.
