This specimen was lot 33621 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $264. The catalog description[1] noted, "Brazil: Republic gold Proof '2016 Rio Olympics' 10 Reais 2014 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC. A perfect proof specimen that nicely sets frosted golden devices against jet black fields." This denomination was used to strike these Olympic commemoratives 2014-16 and has not been used since, according to the SCWC. There are five coins in the series, not counting other denominations.
