Sincona sale 46, lot 783

This specimen was lot 783 in Sincona sale 46 (Zürich, May 2018), where it sold for 5,750 CHF (about US$6,900 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Osterreich, Karl VI. 1711-1740. Dukat 1736, Prag. Aversumschrift beginnt oben rechts. Sehr selten. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. Rand etwas beschnitten. (Austria, Charles VI, 1711-40, ducat of 1736, Prague mint, obverse legend begins on the right. Very rare, Very fine-extremely fine, Some edge clips.)"

This type is listed in the SCWC for 1716-39 but in Friedberg for 1712, 1728 and 1736 only.
