Bermuda became a crown colony of Great Britain in 1684, and remains a British colony to the present. The type shown was struck in 1964 but circulated little and is today very common. Decimal coinage commenced in 1970.
Recorded mintage: 470,000 plus 30,000 proofs.
Specification: 22.62 g, 0.500 fine silver, 36 mm diameter.
