This specimen was lot 2749 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "BENGAL PRESIDENCY: AR 1/4 rupee, Farrukhabad, year 45 (frozen), struck with the frozen year 45 from 1806 until 1819; attractively toned, AU." These were struck by the British East India Company at the Bengal Presidency (Farrukhabad, now in Uttar Pradesh) in the name of the Mughal emperor. This example appears to be milled, not hammered.
