This specimen was lot 889 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €240 (about US$318 including buyer's fees). The catalog description^[1] noted,

"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold II (1865-1909), Cu 2 centimes, 1869. Rare. Superbe. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold II, 1865-1909, copper two centimes of 1869. Rare, Extremely Fine.)"
