This specimen was lot 1399 in Jean Elsen sale 143 (Brussels, December 2019), where it sold for €110 (about US$144 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold Ier (1831-1865), Cu 1 centime, 1846. Avec petit trait entre 4 et 6. Superbe. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold I, 1831-65, copper centime of 1846, with a dash under "46". Extremely Fine.)"
This type was struck 1835-63, some over Dutch half cents.
Recorded mintage: 8,241,000, including 1842/1. A common date.
