This specimen was lot 2164 in Goldberg sale 91 (Los Angeles, June 2016), where it sold for $734.38. The catalog description[1] noted, "Barbados. 100 Dollars, 1989FM NGC PF68 UC. Queen Elizabeth II. Reverse: Parliament building. For the 350th Anniversary of Parliament. NGC graded Proof 68 Ultra Cameo." This commemorative from the British Royal Mint was struck to the standard of a British double sovereign. It is rare.
