This specimen was lot 1010 in Goldberg sale 116 (Los Angeles, June 2020), where it sold for $1,740. The catalog description[1] noted, "Austria. 100 Euro, 2011. Weight 1.0004 ounce. Vienna Philharmonic. Musical instruments. Brilliant Uncirculated." This type was struck starting in 2002 and is a continuation of the 2000 schilling struck 1989-2001. The Vienna mint also issued gold and silver 1½, 4, 10, 25 and 50 euro to market its bullion coins.

Recorded mintage: 586,700.

Specification: 31.12 g, 0.999 fine old, 37 mm diameter.
