This specimen was lot 70277 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $780. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Taler, 1710/07. Hall Mint. Joseph I. NGC AU-58. Overdate variety. Exhibiting only the slightest degree of gentle handling upon the highest points, this incredibly impressive crown features a great cabinet tone and some shimmering hints of brilliance throughout the protected areas. Undoubtedly, an enchanting example of the type." This type is listed for 1705-07 and 1710. The 1710 only comes with the overdate.
