This specimen was lot 3795 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 60 CHF (about US$72 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Ferdinand I. 1521-1564 3 Kreuzer 1549. Wien. Vorzüglich. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand I, 1521-64, three kreuzer of 1549, Vienna mint. Extremely fine.)"
This three kreuzer was issued 1530, 1534, 1545-54 while Ferdinand was still merely king of Rome rather than Holy Roman Emperor. Numista says the type was also struck at Linz 1534-37, 1541, 1547-54.
